The 2,024 sq ft unit on the eighth floor was purchased by the seller in October 2006 for $4.21 million ($2,082 psf), making a profit of $2.07 million (49%). This marks the JCube Residence second most profitable transaction in the development’s history, with the most profitable one taking place in August 2007.
The Feb 8 transaction at Ardmore II is the first one this year and the second most profitable deal for the period in review. Wheelock Properties’ freehold luxury development is located in the exclusive Ardmore Park area in District 10, with all 118 units being identical four-bedroom units of 2,024 sq ft.
