Nihat Ercan has been appointed as the CEO of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in Asia Pacific, with immediate effect. Based in Singapore, JLL’s Asia Pacific headquarters, he has oversight for investment sales, advisory, asset management services and client management across 14 markets in the region.

Ercan joined JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in 2002 and most recently led its transactions business as Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Sales, Asia Pacific.

Mike Batchelor, the previous Asia Pacific CEO, will now take on the role of Chairman of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in Asia Pacific.

Ercan will report to David Hand, CEO of JLL’s Capital Markets in Asia Pacific, while Batchelor will report to Chris Marchino, CEO of JLL’s Global Corporate Solutions.
