James Wong, Huttons Asia’s head of sales & auction, noted that the property lies in a highly coveted landed residential area close to East Coast Park, and is easily accessible from all forms of transport. Changi Airport can be reached in a 12-minute drive via East Coast Parkway (ECP), while Raffles City and Raffles Place (CBD) are 10 and 14 minutes away via Nicoll Highway JCube Residence and ECP respectively.

Lee Sze Teck, senior director of research at Huttons Asia, added that landeds property values in District 15 have seen an increase due to the progressive gentrification of the area, and the development of the Thomson-East Coast line. This has been exemplified with the recent sale of an old house on Wilkinson Road, with a sprawling freehold site of around 25,680 sq ft, which was sold for $55.5 million or $2,161 psf on land area – the highest land rate for a landed parcel of this size in District 15.
