The Jurong Region Line (JRL) is an upcoming mass rapid transit (MRT) line in Singapore that will serve the Jurong district and its surrounding areas. When completed, it will be the eighth MRT line in the city-state and will span 30 km, connecting the existing East-West Line (EWL) and North-South Line (NSL).
The JRL is expected to be completed in 2027 and will provide improved connectivity to the Jurong region, with 11 stations along the line, including five interchanges. This will provide residents and visitors with improved access to key destinations in the area, such as the Jurong East Interchange station, the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub, the Jurong East Central business district and the new residential developments in Jurong Lake District.
