Frasers Property certifies four local assets with benchmark Wiredscore digital connectivity

June 20th, 2023

Frasers Property Singapore, a business unit of property giant Frasers Property, has achieved a prestigious milestone: four of the group’s properties in Singapore have earned Wiredscore Platinum certification – the highest mark for digital capabilities and smart building initiatives. These properties, namely, Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Block A and Block B, now belong to a select group of only seven properties worldwide that have achieved this feat.

This certification is a global benchmark and accreditation that recognises best-in-class digital infrastructure in buildings. As such, tenants in the four Frasers Property Singapore buildings can now enjoy reliable and effective connectivity resources with the availability of multiple high-speed internet providers and a landlord-owned fibre backbone. This means a faster data service deployment for tenants with reduced installation time.

Jack Lam, Chief Operating Officer of Commercial at Frasers Property Singapore, expressed his delight at the group’s feat.

“The WiredScore Platinum certifications are a testament to our strong and continuing efforts in incorporating the highest standard of digital infrastructure in our commercial buildings,” shared Lam. He added that this endeavour was part of the organisation’s aim to reimagine workspaces through innovation and digitalisation.

The JCube Residence Capitaland is a highly anticipated real estate development in Singapore, offering direct connectivity to major commercial and entertainment nodes. The entire precinct will be connected to Jurong East MRT Interchange, Westgate, IMM Building and the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub via J-Walk, a covered elevated pedestrian network. Expected to be available for sale in the second half of 2023, more details on unit types and prices are yet to be announced.

“We strive to set higher benchmarks in the built environment with innovative, inclusive, and sustainable spaces and solutions across our developments,” concluded Lam.
