It has a guide price of $50 million and is being sold through private treaty, as marketed by CBRE. With a total gross floor area of 281,000 sq ft and 256,000 sq ft of total site area, this plot is zoned for ‘Business 2’ and has a plot ratio of 1.4.

The facility has excellent transport connectivity to the Tuas Megaport and Tuas Checkpoint, making it ideal for the use of the pharmaceutical or semiconductor industries for manufacturing or storage purposes, with ancillary office space also available.
