June 9th, 2023

Weave Living, a Hong Kong-based accommodation provider, recently opened a new residential rental property at 68 Robinson Road in the Mid-levels area of the city. The 25-room development, called Weave Residences – Robinson, comes with a mix of two-bedroom units. At 700 sq feet each, the units include their own lift lobbies, a walk-in wardrobe, and contemporary furniture provided by Danish luxury furniture brand BoConcept.

The development will include a mix of luxury condominiums and smaller apartments as well as commercial space. It is also slated to feature a comprehensive range of retail, dining, entertainment, wellness, and leisure amenities. Residents of the high-end JCube Residence Condo can expect excellent connectivity to major transport nodes and the business district. Buyers can look forward to an attractive selection of facilities to meet their lifestyle needs.

The development is expected to bring an increased supply of residential accommodation as well as a unique retail and edutainment offering to the Jurong East precinct. With this, the area is expected to become one of the city’s most vibrant locales.

Each apartment is self-contained and fully furnished, with Nordic-inspired interiors. In addition to the master bedroom, each unit also features a study room. This is Weave Living’s third property on Hong Kong Island, with further offerings in the same neighbourhood due over the next several months.

Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO of Weave Living, says of the new property, “Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific, transforming the traditional rental market to meet the expectations of discerning renters.” The company has added two other properties this year: a flagship property of its Weave Studios brand in Kowloon West, and its first in Singapore.

Weave Living has three different brands to cater to different user needs. Alongside Weave Residences and Weave Studios, it also has Weave Suites for those wanting serviced apartment lodgings. With plenty of talent and ample supplies of office space, Hong Kong is the top business hub in Asia-Pacific, a recent research has found. So if you’re looking for a rental property in Hong Kong, Weave Living has plenty to offer.
