Located in BSD City (formerly known as Bumi Serpong Damai), Greater Jakarta, Welton is a joint venture project between Mitsubishi Corporation and Surbana Jurong, and Sinar Mas Land. Welton is a landed cluster housing project set in the 108-ha mixed-use development of Hiera. This will be the first cluster-landed housing development in the area, offering buyers a vibrant and connected life with great access to and from downtown Jakarta.

The JRL will also support the development of the Former JCube area, which has been earmarked for residential and business development. Prices start from IDR 2.5 billion ($225,000). The units also feature an open living and dining room and central gathering spaces with views of nature, large floor-to-ceiling windows for optimal sunlight and efficient airflow, along with premium finishes, fittings, and smart home features such as smart lighting, voice command and digital door lock.

The 3.7-km green loop also provides dedicated sidewalks and bicycle paths to connect commuters safely and conveniently to public transportation nodes. Construction of Welton has already begun in phases and is expected to be completed by 2025. The first release of landed homes in Welton generated strong sales despite the pandemic, and the next phase is due for release at the end of May.

Given the keen interest in Welton, it is evident that there is strong market demand for a connected live-work-play environment outside of Jakarta city centre.
