Spottiswoode Residences is a 351-unit, freehold development by the UOL Group. The project was completed in 2013 and consists of mostly one- and two-bedroom units, 25 three-bedroom units, and seven penthouses. Ranging from 592 sq ft to 2,906 sq ft, the property is located on the outskirts of the Central Business District, with plenty of nearby public transport and road networks such as the nearby Outram MRT Interchange Station, Pinnacle @ Duxton, Spottiswoode Suites, and Spottiswoode 18.
URA caveats indicate that the penthouse unit was bought from the developer for $4.58 million ($1,842 psf) in December 2010. In terms of the overall resale prices of units in the residence, according to EdgeProp Singapore, the average price is $2,175 psf. Last year, there were 10 resale transactions at the condo, with prices ranging from $1,300,000 ($2,157 psf) to $2,170,000 ($2,317 psf).

Prices for the penthouse at Spottiswoode Residences are on a par with surrounding freehold properties built in the 2010s. With its proximity to Tanjong Pagar and Outram neighbourhoods, Singapore General Hospital, and a variety of medical institutions, this luxurious penthouse is sure to draw plenty of attention when it goes on sale April 26.
