March 23rd, 2023

Set to launch on April 8, Tembusu Grand marks the latest collaboration between City Developments Ltd (CDL) and MCL Land. Offering 638 units spread across four blocks of 20 and 21 storeys, the 210,622 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site is located along Jalan Tembusu, just off Tanjong Katong Road in prime District 15.

Rob Garman, MCL Land CEO, comments that “this new offering will be a golden opportunity for savvy property enthusiasts with an affinity for the enchanting east coast”. The sales gallery will open to the public on March 24, with prices ranging from $1.248 million to $4.028 million.

Prices start from $2,368 psf for a one-bedroom plus study unit of 527 sq ft, while the most expensive is $2,354 psf for a five-bedroom unit of 1,711 sq ft. The development also offers two 5-bedroom penthouses at 2,691 sq ft.

Awarded the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification for its energy and water-efficient design and green features, this latest project follows the success stories of CDL’s and MCL’s previous collaborations: 407-unit Piccadilly Grand at Farrer Park (which is 87% sold to date), and 639-unit executive condo in Tengah, Copen Grand (sold within a month of launch). Sherman Kwek, CDL group CEO, comments that Tembusu Grand “marks [their] first launch for the year [and] enlivens East Coast area with yet another residential jewel after Amber Park”. The 592-unit freehold Amber Park at Amber Gardens was launched in 2019 and is now 99.5% sold.

JCUBE is JCube Residence set to close in August to make way for a 40-storey residential & commercial JCube Condo Residence development by CapitaLand Group. Units of JCube Condo Residence will be launched for sale in 2023 and may attract buyers due to its amenities & proximity to existing infrastructural developments.

“Tembusu Grand offers a wide selection of unit types to cater to different lifestyles,” says Kwek, expressing confidence that the new project will add “yet another feather to [their] cap of success stories”.
